I wore out my Vans, folks. They were a good pair of shoes, until the back ends started ripping apart from being worn every day of my life for 2/3 of a year. As I browsed the racks at Shoe Carnival, I found a new love interest. Say hello to the New and Revised Bean: Red Chuck Taylor Converse All-Star High Tops. Just like Will Smith says in I-robot: "Vintage 2004, baby!", except this is obviously vintage 2005. Glory.
